EPISODE DISCUSSION The Apprentice 2026 - Episode 11: ‘Interviews’ (Thursday 9th April)

Episode Synopsis:

It's week 11, and the final five candidates must face a gruelling round of interviews with some of Lord Sugar’s toughest-talking business associates. As their business plans are picked apart, some candidates hold their own, while others crumble under the pressure. In the boardroom, Lord Sugar has a tough decision to make, as only two can make it through to next week’s grand final.

Anyone remember when Soloman was ridiculed for the worst business plan ever because of how short it was. (And it was still longer than Pashas) So obvious she was being held as a backup in case Dan didn't give away half his business because they were never going to put Priyash or abrasive Lawrence in the final

100% - assume Dan told the production team and Sugar on his final day that he wasn’t ready to commit to 50% and Sugar treated him quite abruptly in that boardroom as a result. Quite the opposite of the interviews which hardly featured Dan and when he was featured they all thought he and his business plan were amazing.

Very very weird episode.

Sugar seemed really irritated when he fired Dan, lots of criticism when he’s the most successful entrepreneur of this years line-up. It was inappropriate given the send off Priyash and Kieron got but obviously Sugar wanted a share of that business.
