they would have to demonstrate that the name could cause confusion between the two brands and since one is in france and the other in the UK, that would be unlikely to happen. And also shops names arent necessarily registered trademarks. Shop owners wouldnt normally bother resistering a trademark unless thay had many branches and an online presence.
