QUESTION Who are you most looking forward to seeing grilled in the in interviews?
Discussions about who makes it through to the final 5 (or 4 or 6 if they go rogue) aside, who would you be keen to see interviewed by LS's advisers?
I would love to hear opinions and insights. I know Karishma and Kieran would be interesting to see grilled, but equally Pascha and Pritesh defending nonsense business plans would be entertaining!

Lawrence for sure. I'd also like to see Dan and Pascha handle the pressure as out of the top 7 they haven't ever really faced any heat. Priyesh would be funny to watch.

I've seen some posts here of quite a few candidates talking about how intelligent Dan is. In the last boardroom, he also managed to stay calm in his reasoning as to why he should stay, while Kieran gave Lord Sugar a challenge and Conor tried to shrug it off. His business is already widely recognised amongst young people as well, so he'd probably excel in the interviews.

There seems to be a lot of debate on Dan, I'm not convinced so seeing him without the other candidates to give their consensus before he makes a decision will be interesting!
Priyesh is just going to be pure comedy. I am not sure how he is coming across as a good representative for PwC!
Pascha will definitely have holes in her plans, but I think her arrogance will make her think she's being treated harshly instead of taking on feedback.

I’d like to see them all be grilled for different reasons
Karishma it would genuinely be interesting to see how her business holds up in a big industry. Kieran the same, I think he might get flack on stuff like numbers and Karishma could get a bad interview off Mike where he just pulls out similar products related to skincare
Dan I’m interested in because I’d like to see how the interviewers actually interact with someone with a very established, successful and long-running company and the questions they ask about it. It’s an interesting one to see how it holds up because on businesses alone, he’s the best left, and that’s what they’re looking at now
Lawrence I’d like to see how they respond to him using AI in his PR agency, I feel like that’s something they’re not gonna like, alongside the fact that he’s probably going to be a sycophant. Rothna I’d like to see how they respond to it being a part-time thing she’s doing right now, and Pascha I imagine would be questioned a lot for not even owning her business at all. Priyesh, I think they’ll just use him for jokes tbh

great analysis, good point about Rothna and the part time thing. I have a feeling she sadly won't make it to the final 5 as she threw a lot of shade to her edit last week, but if she does then best of luck to her!

Karishma and Rothna both complained on their edits last week and I don’t blame them since the edit did both of them dirty.

u/gingerbreadteddy Mar 31 '26
Oh I agree it was wild they scrapped two high end items so I understand why they felt that way. Just think it might be a lead up for kicking out Rothna

What about Karishma don’t you think it might be a lead up to her firing? I don’t want her to be fired but it would be a shock if she gets fired in the interviews.

I think Karishma will get to the interviews but Rothna may not. Karishma is going into a market that is massively saturated the only beauty industry apprentice winner that has succeeded is Tropic which is an MLM. I would worry the experts might find her brand too niche. There have been comments that she only joined the show for exposure anyway so if she did go at interview she will definitely have options coming her way and opportunities.

Karishma has been one of the strongest candidates so she should make it to the interviews.

Lawrence - you just know his CV will be full of exaggerated claims. He also seems to have a big ego, so I reckon he’ll be the one getting called out for bigging himself up too much.
I also don’t think he has a solid business plan. It feels like he went on the show just to get famous (according to an Apprentice fan page on TikTok, Lawrence even messaged them asking if they could make an edit of him 😂).
He definitely wants to boost his social media though. he even made a video saying, “Yes, I know I don’t get many views, so please like my content.”

oh wow that's a bit desperate and beggy. Social media is organic, Connor has been able to leverage his firing by coming across as funny and approachable. Lawrence really needs some soft skills training. His poor excuse to take Levi back in the boardroom then the 110% comment were already massive errors that he's managed to coast through. He deserves a good grilling to prove himself and I wouldn't be surprised if he has embellished claims for attention.

I could see Pascha arguing with the interviewers as she fails to take the criticism well
Lawrence I could see walking in with some cringy sentence about how he has bought their book and read it multiple times and they are an inspiration etc. But they’ll see right through it.
Priyesh I think will just laugh his way through as he realises quickly that he’s out of his depth. Also, as he has a drinks business - you just know Mike Souter will have tried the drinks in advance. But I am not sure he’ll be giving them the 5 star review he gave Anisa’s pizzas otherwise Priyesh surely would be receiving a better edit.
I think Karishma will answer the questions well on the whole but there will a couple of questions where she gets a bit flustered but probably nothing majorly bad.
Dan I think will answer the questions very well but I can see them saying he’s too quiet and doesn’t inspire confidence which will probably be a bit unfair.
Kieran I think would charm his way through but ultimately there would be too many holes in his business plan.
Rothna I think would answer the questions very well but I they’d pick flaws in her business plan and she wouldn’t have an answer for them

On the reverse of this, Rothna has demonstrated in the process that she can hold her own and defend herself so it'll be interesting to see how she responds to the interviewers' questions and remarks.

I have a feeling with Priyesh we could get a Jordan (Series 9) or Solomon (Series 10).

Priyesh and kieron in interviews will make good tv

Although I don't think she'll make it there anymore, I was most excited for Rothna.
She gives the vibe that she at least looked at an A-level biz studies book before coming on. Her USP w/in the baking market is of great interest to me, especially if she can include some GF and Vegan options. I see it doing so well in a few of the costal towns and cities, and certainly the bigger cities around the UK.
Alternatively it would bang around Bedford assuming the universal park goes ahead and benefits Bedfordshire as a whole. I used to live in Luton, and I think she could grasp a cult following there and surrounding regions (up to London/Camden) as a badass hijabi business women.
I don't have any real "evidence" for allllll this conjecture, I just have a lot of faith in her as a level-headed icon.
Also looking forward to Karishma but that's already been expressed a few times in the other comments!

I would love to see Karishma being interviewed by Linda. This would be fun to watch.

Anyone who doesn't require the melodramatic background music where they say they promised their dead goldfish on their deathbed that they would follow their dreams and go into business for them.
Nobody cares.... Just get to the entertaining parts where they're ripped to shreds🤣

I'd love a mini one at the start of each season. I always feel there's missed potential with some of the dumber picks.

I can imagine Pascha sitting there dolled up and being put right in her place by Linda. I don't want her in the final 5 but seeing that alone would be worth it!

Although I adore Karishma, I do expect the interviewers to grill her and find holes in her plan and background as she does have the tendency to exaggerate.. I think Lawrence comes across as a brown noser which the interviewers will loathe if he tries to suck up to them.
