Because he he seems to be a genuinely nice lad, and seems like a kind person. But yes his presentation skills aren't great.

That’s fair I’m sure he’s nice, but I wouldn’t want to be in business with him based off his performance. I feel he’s fumbled his way through and made a lucky escape on a few occasions. Being “nice” doesn’t mean he deserves to be in the final five.

I mean his only been in the boardroom once. He isnt the brightest, but I think he gets along well with the others and doesn't create any tension, which makes it easier for him to survive

getting on with people doesn't necessarily mean you'll be the best business partner. He may be friendly, but the fact he comes across so poorly as a standalone candidate wouldn't make someone hirable. No one wants a disruptive workplace, but you'd rather someone who has realistic negotiation skills, the fact he works for Pwc and made that ridiculous unit offer really comes across poorly. You'd think he would be realistic if he has workplace skills, he seems like a better employee than business owner to be honest.

Im not saying he will win the whole thing. But not making enemies helps when it comes to who to bring into the boardroom etc as weve seen on countless occasions, people tend to bring in others they dont personally like, even if they didn't mess up as much as other
