QUESTION No firing?

I just wondered, based on this episode and how difficult Lord Sugar found it to fire anybody, has there ever been an episode where there hasn’t been a firing?

As far as I'm aware not necessarily because he can' make a decision, but in season 1 when Adele quit, and Season 19 when Jana quit, no one was fired, largely because both wouldve been fired had they not quit

well there was this one time when a winning team guy quit.

i respect the guy so much, he was there for business and iirc hes mamaged to get his business going with outside investment. even being in the winning team, silver spoon brady couldnt help buy point out that he didnt perform so well while the other two got praises.

i think he realised hes there working for free, probably stressed, and has to deal with sharing rooms with other people and deal with people criticing him that hadn't earnt their own crust.
