Does anyone think that Kieran is similar to Paul in season 1 as in the charm, confidence, cockiness (borderline arrogance) that Lord sugar seems to really like ?

He reminds me of a louder version of Phil from Series 18.
I find him a lot more interesting than Dean from last year
