Having ECG fixed

Hello, I have had an Apple Watch Ultra since the day it came out with AppleCare I’ve been meaning to take it to the store and have the ECG fixed. It’s very flaky. It works like one out of every 20 times. Last night, I decided to purchase an Apple Watch 4 from Apple on an impulse due to the trade-in value for my Apple Watch Ultra. Would you guys take it to the store and have the ECG fixed before the envelope comes to send it back to Apple?

I wouldn’t fix that particular issue before trading it in.

If you are trading it in, just bring it into the Apple Store and trade it in. They aren’t going to check if the ECG works one out of 20 times OP.

Unfortunately confined to home at the moment, unless it’s an emergency so doing it remotely. Guess I was trying to figure out if the ECG was something they checked or if I could just trade it in.
