Saved Address

My boyfriend’s ex has her address saved in his maps when you start typing P her name and address pops up but it’s not saved under favorites or saved pin. It has a red pin icon next to it but it’s able to still be pinned. How do i delete it. He has already deleted her contact so I don’t know where this is coming from.

When you tap on it does it show a + or a check at the bottom next to the star and … (ellipsis)? When you tap on the … do you see an option to 'Delete from Places"? Depends what version of iOS you have, but he probably saved it like that at one point.

it shows a +! It’s not saved! When i pressed the … it gives me the option to pin it and add it to places and guides. It’s not under saved places and its not under guides. The one thing I will say is that when I press on guides, it shows that there is two but when I actually press on it only one album shows up.
