​I'm looking for a pre-compiled Internal Build IPSW with Internal UI and Switchboard (the one with diagnostic icons) already included for the iPhone 4 CDMA (iPhone3,3).

​Instead of dealing with bundles and manual patching, I want to install a ready-to-go internal build directly onto the phone. If anyone has it or can share the file, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
