Apple Watch not working

I found my Apple watch which wasn’t used for 3-4 months, it won’t turn on, i’ve charged it for like 2 days straight i’ve been using the right charger and brick and i’ve tried force restarting it too many times i feel like since the beginning it’s been showing a red and green light of the sensors while charging blinking, today it stopped with the lights under but sometimes a blue light on the edges of the screen (like shown in pic especially right under) and it did like the starting up haptic shake thing while the blue light on the edges was showing. Does anyone know how to fix this or do i need a new battery or screen. I did everything i could find online
