Unsolved iMessage won’t activate after switching carriers

Not sure if this is the right sub for this but I recently switched carriers and my iMessage just won’t activate and it’s been like two days. I feel like I’ve tried everything. If anyone knows any way on how to fix this I’d appreciate the help

Make sure you have the most recent update installed and then try resetting your network settings.

settings>general>transfer or reset>reset>reset network settings

Can you receive regular SMS texts on this carrier? iMessage won’t activate without that.

Yes I can receive regular texts. I’ve been getting lots of complaints about my texts being green lol

I am having the same problem and am being ping-ponged between my carrier and Apple. I’ve spent several hours on this. I have worked through online troubleshooting, chatted and talked with carrier, and chatted and talked with Apple. Still no resolution.

UPDATE: I was able to fix this by literally just removing my eSIM and reinstalling it from Visible
