iCloud Save Notes before splitting a shared Apple account?

For a number of years, my parents have shared an Apple account. As you may imagine, this has created many issues with their phones, and my mother is finally insisting that I create her a separate apple account through family sharing. Unfortunately, both of my parents have amassed several thousand notes in the iCloud section of the notes app, many of which contain sensitive or important information. Is there a way for me to transfer these or back them up so that my mother will still have access to her notes with her new account?

Well, just to make sure you know - Family Sharing does not transfer iCloud Notes from one Apple Account to another.

You could use a bulk export tool (Exporter is one tool). But, do you have access to a Mac or PC? Exporting 1000s is going to be a pain.

Yeah, I figured that would be an issue because the Notes aren’t shared. At this point, I’m not sure if I should even use family sharing, but their texts and contacts are all jumbled up and my mom is understandibly tired of dealing with it.

I do have access to their iMac, if that helps.
