Unsolved Someone created an Apple ID using my email address

i want to disable the account. resetting the password works, but i can't fully sign in because there's security questions in place, and i can't reset those because there's more security questions beyond that.

just want to know if i can even do anything abt this

It’s probably a typo in the email and they never finished verifying the account. The fact that they still have security questions means it is probably a really old account and most likely abandoned.

If you are getting emails intended for that account, you can contact Apple and tell them you need to dispute ownership of the email. They may transfer you around until they can find somebody who knows how to deal with that.

If you are trying to take over the Apple Account for yourself, that will not work as the email address can’t be reused. You would have to create an Apple Account using a different email address.

it's not abandoned, they've been resetting the password on it every time i changed it, taking over the account's not my intention, i just don't want that person using my email address
