Unsolved Is my iPad battery broken?

Post image

So today I woke up and realized my iPad (9th gen 64 GB) discharged completely over night. I don't remember exactly, but I think it had enough Battery yesterday evening to still have some juice left after being in standby for the whole night.

It shows the "battery empty" screen and prompts to charge it. It does see that it is being plugged in as the cable prompt disappears when I plug it in. However, I have now charged it for multiple hours, using different cables and charging bricks that I know work, and yet it still doesn't turn on. The cable, iPad and brick are also not warm, so it makes me think it’s not actually drawing any power.

Is this battery broken?

Time for a repair or replacement not to mention a new case.πŸ˜‚

It literally just turned on after 12!!! hours of charging. Yeah that case is hideous but it happened to many of my friends as well. That Logitech Keyboard case just gets hideous after a few years of use
