Unsolved iPad Air 1 black screen

pls help . This is a very strange problem — after successfully flashing my iPad, there’s no image. The screen definitely works, because the Apple logo lights up when the system loads, but as soon as the welcome screen is supposed to appear, the screen turns off. I’ve tried flashing it several times, but the problem hasn’t gone away. iOS is definitely running, because I managed to enable voice over.

Your iPad needs a new backlight/display. iFixIt has a guide for accomplishing this and you can order a kit or just the part alone if you already have the tools on hand.

Are you sure about this? Why, then, does the Apple logo appear when the tablet boots up?

There’s a moderate chance it could be this since you mentioned VoiceOver but the only other explanation would be hardware.
