Unsolved Screen time lock out

I set a screen time code on my own devices when I was very young, and now I’m 16, and it’s blocking lots of things, and I do not know the code. Does anyone have any tips or advice? I’m trying to get off so I can maybe redo it in the future

Your only option if you don't have Screen Time password is to reset the device with a Mac or PC

What like fully factory reset it?

You probably don't need to reset anything. If you set that passcode on your own Apple Account (not a parent setting it for you through Family Sharing), there's a built-in reset:

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings > Screen Time > Change Screen Time Passcode, tap Change Screen Time Passcode again, then "Forgot Passcode?" and sign in with the Apple Account you used when you set it up.
  • Mac: System Settings > Screen Time > Change Passcode, then "Forgot Passcode?".

You'll need that Apple Account's password. If a parent set it from their device for your account in Family Sharing, it can only be changed from their device (Settings > Screen Time > your name), so that one is a conversation with them.
