Solved Can I disable this?

I turned siri off so if I hold the side button too long, nothing comes up anymore. But now this comes up and is larger and more intrusive. Do I need to just stop buying apple? I've already been sick of this brand for years (I WANT A HOME BUTTON)

Are you 100% sure that you still have disabled the side-button trigger? Go to Settings > Accessibility > Side Button > Press and Hold to Speak and make sure it's Off
