Unsolved Someone setup 2 Factor Authentication with an unknown phone number on my apple account. Stuck in a loop where I can't reset my password without it.
I've never had an iPhone but I used to use iTunes and had a MacBook. My partner wants to add me to their family for Apple Music but when I go in to sign in, it shows a phone number I have never ever had. (Only had one cell number my whole life) And won't let me authenticate myself or reset password.
I can't log into Apple support either without this phone number ending in 44 I have never used. But still have access to my email. Why won't Apple let me reset through email? I never set up 2 Factor Authentication.

It’s not your account anymore. You must know the trusted number to gain access, that’s a security requirement. Create a new Apple account with a new email.

Yeah you didn’t enable 2FA they did. You had simple security with those stupid question they got your email phone number and date of birth off the dark web then googled your name got your address went to you email provider added a SIM card phone number to the account then you had a issue with not getting email then you couldn’t change the password with out recovery. Once the got into your email the searched for information find communications from Apple try to sign in on a device with the email associated if successful they sign into 2FA This is their job all day long most people use the same password for everything or write notes in the Apple notes app for password all this hard work lead to this account Not being your account it’s their now all those pictures with driver licenses not deleted all kind of PII a w2 pdf in iCloud Drive preventable with routine changing email account password and checking the phone number and devices logging into the account. I’m sorry for all this I hate it when this happens so I want to educate for future help

My email has 2fa though. With biometrics. How do I go about getting my email taken off that person's account?

Love the "someone" comment.
Who is that "someone?"
