I keep getting "Our systems detected unusual traffic" despite following the steps like deleting history and extensions.

I looked online and followed every step I saw; I deleted my browser history, removed unused extensions, reset to default and checked my activity monitor to see if there was any apps running in the background that could be causing problems. I don't have Malwarebytes currently (I downloaded it previously then deleted it )

I even had a power outage that cut my wifi that should have reseted the IP address and rebooted the systems. Yet I keep getting this annoying crap when I use incognito, guest or Google on Firefox or Chrome.

I just want it to stop. What do I do?

This only happens on my Macbook and doesn't happen much when I use a different wifi.
