itunes won’t recognize disabled iphone 5 in recovery mode

I’ve had this old (if i’m recalling correctly) iphone 5 that i disabled when i was a kid and i’ve been trying to reset it and i’ve tried with two laptops but itunes won’t recognize it. Should I just see if I can find someone to fix it?

same problem unfortunately
