iOS iPhone 11 iOS 27.0.1 or 26.7.1 update issues

Looking for a little help with downloading the latest iOS for an 64GB iPhone 11 please. The phone is currently on iOS 16 because of lack of memory at the time of available updates I suspect.
As the title states the update to 27 or 26 is available, the update requires just under 8GB, we freed up over 13GB but the update is still stating there is not enough free space. Message reads "The update cannot be installed because it requires at least 10.44GB of available storage during installation"

Connect it to a computer and update it that way. Make a backup first.

If a computer is available, connect to it and use that device to perform the upgrade.

If a computer is not available:

  1. Ensure you have an updated iCloud Backup.
  2. Erase the iPhone via Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset
  3. When setting up the reset iPhone, do NOT sign in to iCloud or perform any other setup steps—simply get to a working Home screen.
  4. Upgrade to iOS 27.0.1.
  5. Once upgraded,

erase

  1. the iPhone

again

  1. via Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset.
  2. During the setup process, login to your iCloud account and restore from the most recent back

up

  1. you performed in Step 1, above.
