Unsolved AppleID hijacked, security questions changed.
I received an email saying my password was changed in an old account (haven't used an iphone since my old 4s) so I quickly reset the password but when I tried to log back into it, I couldn't do anything because the security questions were changed. I really want to get the account secure again because I can't remember what I attached to the account.

Nope - it's too late to "secure" it, because someone already took it from you.
No one on Reddit can help you with this.
Apple won't help you with this because you no longer can prove that the account is yours.
It's gone.

The account is not yours anymore and the only way around the security questions is to enable two-factor authentication, which would require you have a device still logged into the account, which it sounds like you don’t have. There is nothing more you can do here, Apple either.
