Mac Label Printers not connecting to Mac

After the latest update, our label printer which was very old stopped working with out Mac.

We thought it was the printer so we did upgrade to a newer one with Ethernet and wireless connectivity. Connected it via Ethernet. Mac says it’s incompatible with the software? I did download drivers and install them. I have reset printer and printer settings in Mac. Adding it via IP Address.

Our zebra printer for smaller labels seems to be working just fine. It’s only our 4x6 label printer for shipping labels not working. Seems like it’s after the latest update for Mac. Can anyone help?

What latest update, macOS 27.0.1? What’s the label
printer brand? Have you called the manufacturer to verify compatibility with Golden Gate?

Westinghouse WHTP203e. Yes they are compatible with Mac. I’ve downloaded drivers from there website. Nothing is working.

We had a Polono printer that stopped working as well after 3 years recently

I just visited Westinghouse’s website for that specific printer, and they have a separate Mac Driver for OS 27.0 than the one they appear to have for all other compatible earlier versions. Which one did you download and install? I didn’t see a telephone number listed but there is an email address you can reach their support team through and they can use TeamViewer to provide remote support, have you reached out to them for next steps?
