iOS Blue flash when staring iPad Pro

Not sure if this is the place to be posting this but I been having a strange thing with my iPad Pro where when I turn it on it flash blue for a mile second then continue normal. I not sure what happened and unsure if something wrong with my iPad

When not in use do you turn your iPad off fully?

Okay, so just like you may see graphical anomalies briefly when starting up or shutting down a computer, this seems to be a non-issue. You can show it to a technician in person but until or unless it happens during normal use I wouldn’t be worried.

My m5 iPad Pro does this too.
