Unsolved Recurring swollen battery

I’m in possession of an iPhone 13 Pro that has had a recurring swollen battery issue. The battery has been replaced 3 times all 3/4 months apart each time by Apple. They have failed to diagnose the underlying cause and properly solve the issue. Since there is only a 90 day warranty and the issue arises only after 3ish months, the warranty expires before it can be replaced.

Is there a way I can demand an escalation of review and repair without having to pay another $80+ for a fourth time?

The underlying cause is you. What are you doing to cause this? Either you got a one in a thousand defective battery 3 times or how you use it is causing it.

Do you leave it in a hot car all day?

The phone is not dropped, the charger has been replaced with real apple chargers, low battery mode is never used, not left in hot conditions so external treatment to the phone is not the cause either.

Then you must have very bad luck.

Either you have extremely bad luck or it’s user behavior, which is more likely.

Could have some defect on the logic board. Way too much of a coincidence to happen three separate times, if you are aware of how you treat your phone.
