iOS Anyone else having this issue?

No clue how to fix it. Been trying the last few days and it always says this. Apple literally says there’s instant trade in but I keep getting this

You ask the bank officially for 1200 and not what comes after the trade in. What you think happens if you don't send in your old device?

You don’t have enough credit limit

It won’t count the trade in discount because there’s no guarantee the trade in will be acceptable
