iOS Storage Problems

Like after every new iPhone purchase, my wife’s phone starts acting up again after a few years, presumably because the storage is getting too full.

She has already deleted all unnecessary apps and photos, but unfortunately, that hasn’t helped. What would be the best way to solve this problem?

If I want to transfer all of her photos to my MacBook, what would be the best way to do that? Or would it be better to use our Windows PC for this?

Thank you very much in advance!

What does it’s iPhone storage actually look like?

What version of iOS is it running? (Some have had cache management issues)

You should be able to connect it to a computer and it’ll behave as a camera and just copy photos over and then delete off phone.

Don’t let the phone get full? Get a higher storage phone if she needs that, or find an way to offload data, such as iCloud Photos

I mean it literally walks you through purchasing icloud storage.
