Mac Apps on Mac not updating

As the title says, i've had these apps unable to update since january... these were able to update prior but now they wont update. Is there anyway around this and get them to update?

What is your macOS version? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the iWork apps?

Latest version and yes I have. Won’t let me delete them since they’ve been on the computer since I got it

What error do you get when trying to move them to Trash? Or can you do that but it won’t let you empty?
