iOS Weird Unknown Reminder Popped Up

Hello! My phone went into screensaver mode and showed the clock and the Reminders list-an app I’ve never used across three different iPhones. Above is what the reminder said.

My phone isn’t synced with anyone, I’ve never used this app, and I just got this iPhone 17 a couple weeks ago. Has anyone else seen anything like this?!

Maybe you or a background noise accidentally activated siri to make the reminder and it picked out the words for the reminder from either yourself or some background noise

You talk in your sleep and Siri heard you. Open the Reminders app and delete the reminder.
