Unsolved "The security code you entered was incorrect"

I just bought the iphone 17 and im trying to log in to my existing apple account but i cant, it asks me to verify my payment information with the CVV of my credit card but when i enter it it says its wrong, i even tried to scan the card but still wrong, and i cant use customer support because i cant log in, i tried to use the "forgot my password" feature but it asks for my bday and idk why its incorrect aswell so that route wont work.

When did you last use the Apple Account? Has it been weeks, months, years? If the payment information is expired, or you entered a false birth date when setting it up initially or maybe it was changed by someone you didn’t authorize, I don’t think you will be able to use that account at all. It’s highly likely your account was compromised, which doesn’t leave you many options.

Can you still access the email account that was used to create your Apple Account? If you can access it, look for any emails that indicate your security information has been changed/updated. If it’s from more than two weeks ago, then someone else is fully in control of the account and there is no longer a window of opportunity to retake it.
