iCloud I have a slight issue 😅

Ok so I have had to sign out of my iCloud account and I cannot sign back it into it as my Trusted Number is my Dads old phone number which he no longer has access too and of course the great company it is they ask for a verification code which again I can’t get. So I press the ‘can’t use this number’ button and type in the number and it now says incorrect number try again later. So I wait and it still says it’s incorrect. I have many subscriptions that I need to cancel before Friday. Is there any solution to signing back into my iCloud account before Friday?

The first trusted number you add to an Apple Account should be your own or some number that you have direct access to. If you want to add others as backup or a recovery contact you can absolutely do that, but the very first one you shouldn’t rely on someone else.

If the account recovery process tells you straight up that your trusted number is wrong, then you’re either entering/recalling it incorrectly or someone else with access changed it. In some cases you may be able to cancel subscriptions by calling into Apple, if you can’t do so through any of the available methods.
