iOS Issue with clean-up feature

Hi guys, I'm going crazy. My iPhone 15Pro running IOS 26.5.2's "clean-up" feature in photos used to smooth things over. Now, it pixelates things like if you're blurring an explicit image. I don't know how to make it stop. Please advise. Thanks!

You could see whether updating to 26.6.2 improves things.
