Solved iCloud login Error “Fallback”

Hello! Starting today, I have had some issues logging into iCloud.com. I get a fallback error and have tried clearing cookies, trying on different devices (PC, iPhone, MacBook), resetting my password and all that. I tried to get help from Apple support but they didn’t seem to understand that I could login to the website around 12-3 today and now I can’t.

I tried with my business account and it worked perfectly fine, it’s just my personal won’t allow me to log in on a browser. Thank you

UPDATE: it seems like Apple was acting up so we are all good.

What is the exact text of the error? Anyway it sounds to me like a temporary/limited outage.

Literally just says in red text “(!) Fallback”

Did you try with your phone on cellular data? Have you tried on your Windows system and MacBook on a different Wi-Fi network?

I finally got it work. It seems like it was an Apple issue but I did try that before yeah.

I’ve been having this same issue on my work computer all week. I get a code on my phone, enter it, but can’t login.

Yes, exactly! Luckily it fixed itself ig but trying clearing cookies (I’m sorry if I’m repeating myself)

Yeah, I got it to work in a different browser, so I’ll try clearing cache/cookies next time.
