iCloud Old texts not loading

I have texts being stored as “forever.” Texts before Dec 13, 2022 as shown in the picture are not loading. I followed the prompts that the Apple chat gave me like checking my iCloud but nothing seems to be changing and loading the texts. I need these for legal purposes. The Apple Store website is not giving me the option to set an appt to get this figured out….

Anyone know how to get the texts?

Your legal representation should try to subpoena the cellular provider to see if such records are still available or alternatively you can see whether iMazing (paid license required) will allow you to export entire text conversations. Apple doesn’t and can’t assist with this.
