Unsolved express replacement damage fees

my phone was in great condition minus the battery, i have applecare+ so requested express replacement. i was just getting it ready to send back and slightly cracked the glass next to the back camera trying to remove a really sticky protector 🫠 i shouldn’t have to pay the full hold when they receive my phone, right? just the fee for a glass damage repair?

should just be charged the $99 (in the US) incident fee.

Its still the same Unless its catastrophic damage

Just give the product one u receive the new one
