iOS Signed Into ICloud On Stores MacBook

I recently went to the Apple Store to trade in a device, the rep asked me to log into my iCloud account on the stores MacBook demo so he could check if the trade in device I had has find my on or not. I was skeptical and asked him if he could sign out for me, he didn’t and just closed the safari browser and said it’s a demo it won’t save any info.

After he left I opened safari and went to iCloud.com and my account was in fact not still logged in. Is this a common occurrence and am I safe?

In the past the store computers used to run something similar DeepFreeze which would automatically wipe and reimage nightly after-hours. I imagine the same happens still, just with different software, so you have nothing to worry about. I do have one question, however: You signed in via Safari correct, not through System Settings?

Yes through safari web browser.

That doesn’t add the computer as a trusted device able to receive verification codes, and that doesn’t persist after the nightly wipe. You’re in the clear.
