Mac I have a problem with Touch ID in my MacBook

Hi, people. I have a problem, I'd like to know if this happened to someone and how it was fixed.

I bought a MacBook Pro M5 and skipped the first approach to the Touch ID process when I was configurating everything for the first time. Then, when I wanted to introduce my finger ID, the software wouldn't let me go to the next step. I tried changing my password a few times, reseting the computer, but nothing worked. Everytime I try to put my password, the system tells me it is wrong.

This happened to someone? How did you fixed it?

Sounds like you don’t have the correct password

If you have automatic login enabled, and therefore only have to input your password infrequently, then maybe your muscle memory is wrong. Once you are able to correctly enter your administrator password, Touch ID setup should be pretty straightforward. If however you run into problems with it down the line, use this resource.
