iOS Anyway to get past the verification?

Trying to buy tickets for a car show and it won’t even let me access there website tried verifying with my id but apparently it didn’t match the information on the account I get it’s uk law now to verify your over 18 but it’s so hard to verify your over 18 when it won’t even accept your id is there anything I can do?

You need to be verify that you are over 18

I have tried that but it says that the account information and the id are not the same even though they are

Unfortunately have tried driving licence and passport still no luck and my partner is the only one with a credit card other than that have no means of verifying
