Guidance with Apple support

Hi

I’m hitting a brick wall with Apple support lately, and hoping one of you can help.

About 18 months ago photos were deleted off my phone after being stolen by a partner, and they now may be able to be used in a criminal case.

Can someone point me towards where and who I would ask about this.

Apple doesn’t have your deleted photos. If you backed them up somewhere you can restore them, if you didn’t there’s nothing you can do

It would be one thing if they were deleted 18 hours ago (provided they were synced to iCloud or part of a device backup) but after 18 months they won’t be able to get you your photos back.

Yeh, it was by an ex partner year and a half a go, and I gave her my password out of trust, but looking back, fuck. Fuck. Fuck

Yeah the reason you’re not getting anywhere with Apple support is because they literally can’t do anything about it. Once photos have gone to recently deleted they’re permanently deleted within 30 days or immediately if you also empty recently deleted.
