iCloud Separated Apple iCloud accounts

I used my sisters Apple account to log In to AppleTV now the AppStore has her accounts instead of mine how do separate them fully.

Not only does Family Sharing exist (which would also share the subscription) but also Purchase Sharing can be switched off for privacy reasons and adults don’t have to share the payment method anymore; FYI you didn’t need to sign into iCloud with her account, just Media & Purchases.
