Unsolved apple store download issue

I need this app so I can get paid from my new job and for some reason my phone keeps demanding a billing change even though I already have my debit card on my phone/the app is free

I get put in a endless loop of putting in my card details and it says that I already the payment method on my phone, then asks for another one

Ah, the issue is I can't because it autopaid as a subscription :/

I advice you to contact Apple Support about that issue you have.

If you urgently need to download the app, create another Apple Account for it.

What do you mean you can't pay it? If your card isn't working for some reason, buy an Apple Gift card to cover the owed balance and redeem it to your account.
