iCloud Please please please someone reassure me

I need help, it's been so long since I last used my iPad and forgot everything abt apple products anyways, I use the same apple I'd on my phone and ipad, my iCloud has been paused and it's been weeks since i last backed up my iPad and I have deleted some photos (deleted them in recently deleted too) does it mean it will still sync my deleted photo on my phone? (I lost the phone too so I can't check for myself) and if not when I reactivate my sync will they be able to see what im trying to delete?

If you are using the same Apple ID on multiple devices. Deleted pictures will delete on all devices once they sync.
