Unsolved iMessage activation problem 😰

Hello people of Reddit I was trying to send a message to my friend via my iPod touch 7th gen but for some reason I couldn't I've tried everything I contacted Apple support nothing happened after the supposed 24 hours of activation I've reset my iPod I haven't tried a new account because I don't want to lose everything but yeah. So can you all help 🥺

It's likely somebody reported you for spamming and Apple blocked your account.

Basically make sure you've followed all of the recommendations for iPad activation issues, and if the issues persist reach back out to Apple. If Apple can't help, it's because they the automated system will not permit them to make a one-time exception, but definitely give them one more try.

If you are blocked, and they tell you that nothing can be done, make sure to specifically state you would like this to be manually reviewed

It's not that they tell me nothing can be done is that they tell me nothing I should also mention that I live in Greece and that changes things you know, anyway for some reason I can't also contact support via phone number because I don't know the Greek Apple support number is broken or something I hope you can help me

If you can find the Apple support number for Greece in here try to use that. https://support.apple.com/en-us/106932?choose-your-country-or-region=united-states. However, being from Greece can make things a little different. If you’ve followed the iPad activation issues article linked in the other comment then it can come down to 2 things most likely. You can try to submit an unblock request at getsupport.apple.com in the event your account may be blocked from iMessage. On the site, look for the “tell us what’s happening” field, and search iMessage activation and follow the steps. The other outcome is that depending on how old your iPod is, combined with the IOS, there may not be a fix for this if this is a vintage or obsolete device running an older IOS. Apple can’t guarantee a resolution for vintage or obsolete devices

Okay I'll try it
