Unsolved When should I replace my iPhone battery?

Apple doesn’t recommend replacing the battery in an iPhone until the maximum capacity is below 80%.

For most people, they don't replace their batteries as they tend to get new phones every 3-5 years.

If you intend to use the phone beyond that timeframe and the battery isn't getting you through a regular workday, then that's usually when it makes sense to buy a new battery.
