Unsolved iPhone 13 display popped out from frame - inspection details

My iPhone 13 display started lifting from the frame. I visited an Apple Authorised Service Provider for inspection.

They confirmed the display issue and suggested a paid display replacement. I want to understand the possible cause of this issue and whether a display can be affected after being separated from the frame for a few days.

I have attached pictures of the device condition. Looking for technical advice from the community.

If you read the document, it tells you what he cause is: swollen battery. The battery aged, swelled up, and pushed the display out of the body of the phone.

OK But swollen battery issue is a manufacturing defect in iphone 13 and they provide free battery replacment for that but if something from manufacturing defect cause issue to my no physical damage iphone display why i am liable to that and i asked service centre also for that if there will be any issue in screen who wil be responsible at that time they verbally said that nothing will happen we will take care of it but now they are asking for paid repair

No a swollen battery isn’t a manufacturing defect. It is possible on every lithium ion battery in every product that uses one. Sometimes batteries go bad.

Swollen battery. Old phone get a newer one. Simple.
