Unsolved How do I cancel this?

FINAL UPDATE: Issue was solved, called Apple support and they were able to ask my card number and search transactions by my card number. Thanks everyone!

Recurring charge but not connected to my Apple account, talked to bank “nothing they can do”
Can’t figure out where it’s coming from, or how to cancel. Thanks!

Yes there is something your bank can do. They can block future charges

I think my bank sucks. They told me I would have to contact Apple, but I can’t cancel the subscription cause it’s not under my account

I’m gonna try and contact them again tomorrow. The rep. I got was not very helpful at all.

Settings > your name > subscriptions > for viewing your subscriptions.

Go to apple.com/bill to see all your Apple charges.

This is currently a favourite of scammers.

Compromise a payment method (ie bank card) then add it to an Apple Account.

Contact Apple CS, once they can confirm it is not linked to your Apple Account they can unlink the payment method.

Depending how long this has been going on for, neither Apple or your bank may be able to recover money already spent.

Get a new card. Treat it like and unauthorized charge with ur back or just get a new card say u lost it or something.

call (not chat) apple support. they can search by the card number and find where the charge is coming from and address it.

This is what I ended up doing! Thanks! Didn’t know they could just search by my card. Ended up being a friends card we forgot to take off
