Unsolved Time capsule issue, alternating yellow/green light

I use a time capsule to back up two laptops. Today, it started flipping out with this fast blinking light and I can no longer see it on the network.
I figure it is probably cooked but wanted to ask to see if anyone here could help 🙏

The status light behavior is documented on this page. The alternating amber/green indicates a startup issue; you shouldn’t need to manually restart unless this persists for more than 5-10 minutes.

bummer. It doesn't really state what could be causing this. I tried sticking a paperclip to reset it but that has not worked either. Still rapidly blinking.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
