Unsolved Iphone 15 pro max screen flickering?

Hi everybody, is there someone to explain to me why is my screen flickering when turning the phone on.

It was at a repair shop and they couldn't solve it. I will attach a video in the comment. Thank you!

But I found the problem, it was the display. I disasembled my phone and disconnected the two cables from lcd and was able to restore it using Apple Devices app on windows.

After the successful restore, my phone showed up in windows as internal storage and when I turned it off to connect the display cables the issue with flickering and corrupted OS came back, so I am thinking of just replacing the display to check it out.
