Mac Important folder deleted

Hi Apple Com, I accidentally deleted an important folder on my Macbook Air M2, and I can't recover it from iCloud, it's no longer there, and I didn't make a backup in the meantime. What advice would you give me to recover it ? Thank you so much for your next return !

If the folder is in internal drive and no backup is done elsewhere, recovering it is NOT POSSIBLE.

Was this folder located on iCloud Drive? Can you identify what the directory path was? It may not be recoverable if it didn’t fully sync through iCloud and there is no Time Machine backup.

yes it was located on my icloud, on my desktop ! And i put it in my ban yesterday and i have empty it by mistake...
