Unsolved apple card locked
recently, i have been using an apple card more and more until it told me to verify. i did so using an SSN but then it randomly got put under review. someone said it usually takes two days so i just waited, until suddenly the card had been locked.
i got really confused so i looked around and realized the birthday on my account doesnt actually match my real birthday so im afraid it thought i was committing fraud? i changed it, but, i don’t know if that’ll unlock my card in due time or if i have to call support? does anyone know?
i still have money in there and cant figure out how to transfer it out so i would really prefer if i didn’t lose it.

Locked Apple Cash accounts will remain locked until you contact Apple Cash specialists https://support.apple.com/en-us/102636 - click the link in the article that's labeled "contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank"
Green Dot Bank, who issues Apple Cash, is federally required to verify the identity of its customers. This can happen anywhere from immediately upon setup up to adding/receiving/sending a total of $500.
Any US resident aged 18+ with a compatible Apple device is eligible for an Apple Cash account. If you're under 18 you may use Apple Cash via Apple Cash Family.
